Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  3. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
